    Use:

    The furnace is mainly used to sinter boron nitride ceramics under the condition of vacuum and hot press.

    Main configuration:

    1 The furnace consists of two furnace bodies, one set of servo press, 

       one set of vacuum system and one set of KGPS medium-frequency power (optional IGBT).

    2 The furnace owns two furnace bodies and one press system, occupying less room, 

       improving efficiency of production.

    3 KGPS medium-frequency power, induction heating.

    4 Electrical control adopts PLC plus touching screen.

    Main technical parameters:

    1 Max. temperature:2200℃

    2 Max. pressure： 600T

    3 Working size: Ø760X650mm

    4 Vacuum: 5Pa

    5.Operation: PLC plus touching screen.
