The furnace is mainly used for college, scientific research unit and enterprise to smelt stainless steel, nickel-based alloy,
copper alloy, nickel cobalt alloy rare earth and neodymium iron boron under the condition of vacuum and protective atmosphere.
Also for alloy steel to be melted and precise casting.
The furnace consists of furnace cover, furnace body, bottom, crucible swing mechanism, vacuum system and control system
of medium frequency power. Furnace cover, body and bottom adopt the double-shell water cooling structure, which keeps
the outer temperature of furnace below 60℃.
Furnace cover is opened by the hand, watching window and flapper are fixed on it. For the feeding of alloy conveniently into
the crucible, alloy feeder also is installed on the cover as well.
A induction coil is fixed into the furnace, the casting is conducted by the lever to rotate the crucible pouring metal liquid into
the mould, the mould designed is cooled by water. A device that measures temperature is installed on the top of the crucible.
Vacuum system is made up of mechanical pump and diffusion pump. Gas-in valve and gas-out valve are installed on it.
The user can choose KGPS or IGBT as medium frequency heating power. Electrical control system owns the multi protective
functions of over-current, over-voltage and over temperature etc.
